Call-out Service

Our call-out service offers the end-user peace of mind in the event of a failure or breakdown.

We operate a 365 day a year call-out service (subject to contract). There is no annual charge for this service, we simply charge an hourly rate.

When our engineers arrive on site, they will:

  • Quickly identify the issue.
  • Fully investigate to find the cause and rectify on the day (subject to no system specific parts being required).
  • If replacement parts are required, this will be reported to our client and office support team. We will then source any required parts and return to site to put the system back in to operation in the shortest time possible.
  • Once the replacement part is installed, we will run test the system to ensure there are no further underlying issues and issue a detailed report.
